How Credit Conversion Works
* Remaining months bonus only applies when downgrading from an annual plan. Calculated as: remaining months × current plan's monthly credits.
When you upgrade to a higher plan (e.g., Lite → Creator → Pro), you pay for the new plan immediately. Your current unused credits are converted to bonus credits that never expire, and you receive fresh plan credits for your new tier.
When you downgrade to a lower plan, you pay for the new plan immediately. Your current unused credits become bonus credits. If you're on an annual plan, you also receive bonus credits for the remaining months of your subscription (remaining months × your current plan's monthly credits).
All your unused plan credits plus any existing bonus credits are converted to bonus credits on your new plan. Bonus credits never expire and are used after your monthly plan credits run out.
You'll receive bonus credits for the remaining months of your annual subscription. For example, if you have 6 months left on a Pro annual plan (4,200 credits/month), you'll receive 6 × 4,200 = 25,200 bonus credits, plus your current unused credits.

What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are used to pay for AI-powered features. 1 credit = $0.01 USD. Caption generation costs 1 credit/minute, TTS costs 0.01 credits per character (100 chars = 1 credit), avatar video costs 16-33 credits/second depending on resolution, and voice cloning costs 25 credits ($0.25) per clone.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes! All plan changes take effect immediately. Your unused credits become bonus credits (never expire), and you get fresh credits for your new plan. When downgrading from an annual plan, you also receive bonus credits for remaining months. No refunds—your value is preserved as bonus credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, bonus credits purchased separately never expire and are used after your plan credits run out.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can continue using non-AI features (editing, stock footage, etc.). To use AI features again, you can wait for your next billing cycle, purchase bonus credits, or upgrade to a higher plan.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?

How does voice cloning work?
Upload a short audio clip of a voice, and our AI will create a custom voice clone you can use for text-to-speech. Creator and Pro plans include unlimited voice clones.
